Located in the North Shore, this hotel is in a great area surrounded by office buildings. The rooms are equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave and coffee/tea maker. The staff provides excellent service, even calling to ensure everything is satisfactory. The housekeeping staff is courteous and prompt in bringing requested items. The comfortable beds and clean rooms make for a pleasant stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, especially Tashi. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with nice sheets and a spacious sitting area. The hotel itself was well-maintained and had excellent amenities, including a fitness center and a seasonal outdoor pool. I was impressed with the level of service and the quality of the facilities.

Stayed in this well-maintained and comfortable hotel during the weekend. Got big size and huge room with the bedroom and comfy bed, as example had a such great stay overall. I had HEALTHY food for breakfast at 10:20. The location couldn't be more marvellous in a great area. It was also just next door to a ghetto of office buildings and business center and Ravinia Park.
